Meet our Agents
Richard Smith, designated broker and owner of D & H, REALTORS. Loves the White Mountains outdoor activities and has lived full time in Lakeside since 1996. A Phoenix native and a Realtor since 1993.
Ron "Keith" Longenbaugh. After too many years away it's great to be back in the "cool" White Mountains...fresh air, smell of pines, and all. I grew up in Whiteriver, was a McNary H.S. Green Devil, then U of A wildcat and grad. After a stint as newspaperman in Tucson, I had a career there in banking as lender and branch manager. Later, I chose to go into real estate and finally returned here in 2008.
As Associate Broker with D&H Realtors, I'm glad to be focusing now on local real estate transactions. Besides doing home improvement in my spare time, I enjoy skiing, gardening, and rediscovering the natural beauty of our area. Am happy to get acquainted and serve you.

Bryan Anderson: As you can see from the picture, my love is my young daughter. My passion is
real estate. Since receiving my license in 1987, I have done nothing but represent
my clients with the knowledge, experience and resources available to me. There
are only a handful of Realtors in this market that can even pretend to come close to
my experience. Resting on the laurels of time will never be enough. I have attained the GRI (Graduate
Realtor Institute) designation, the "At Home With Diversity" designation, and I am very active with
our local Board of Realtors with property tours and a political action committee. I also proudly
serve as the current President of the local Chapter of The Women's Council of Realtors. In addition to everything else, I am one of only a couple of agents that have a complete
grasp of, and knowledge of, the foreclosure homes/properties in our market. I would rather be working on my golf game, but economics, a family, and opportunities
for my clients are keeping me away from the driving range. My slogan means what it says: "Experience...Working for You in the White Mountains".

Carnie and Blue, the real estate dogs. They're lovable, well behaved Heelers that are great help when looking for corners on lots and acreage. They love the outdoors, always ready to go and do anything. Occasionally they can be seen lounging in the office. |
 |
Hi, my name is JoJo Cornell and sometimes I work for Dave. I go with him out to the country to chase away the local wildlife while he works. I make sure that he keeps dog treats and water in his truck at all times. When it's time to go home, he whistles and occasionally I come back. I have also forced Dave to give me a bath, because I rolled in something real interesting. You know, come to think of it, Dave really works for me. |

Abby is the love of Pam and Bill Johnson's lives. She celebrated her first birthday on August 24th of this year. At a robust 4lbs. 6oz. her weight has almost tripled from the 1lb. 13oz. she weighed in early-March when Pam rescued her from an abusive situation. She's a Maltese, and she's about as big now as she'll ever get. |
